Atlas v0.3.0 — Automatic Second-Brain Capture

Atlas is now a conversation-first local second brain for Codex. Meaningful
completed turns can be preserved automatically, while actions, decisions,
work summaries, and uncertain items remain review-first.

Install on Windows

1. Download Atlas-Windows-x64.zip.
2. Extract the ZIP to a normal writable folder.
3. Double-click Install Atlas.cmd.
4. Start a new Codex task and ask: What unfinished work should I resume?

No administrator account, API key, paid provider, Node.js installation, or
public Atlas server is required.

Validation

• 92 automated tests passed
• all TypeScript checks and production builds passed
• Windows package and plugin validation passed
• real product-owner Chat-first UAT passed: an ordinary meaningful turn was
  automatically captured and later recalled from a separate task with source
  evidence

Honest boundaries

This release does not claim unrestricted ChatGPT/Codex history access, a
completed 14-day Alpha, proven retention metrics, or completion of the larger
UAT-017 blind sample. Automatic capture covers meaningful turns completed
while the trusted local Hook is installed and enabled.
