Major architecture refactoring: typed Python API, MCP server for AI agents, and interactive setup wizard.

CodecksClient API

  • 27 public methods with keyword-only args and flat dict returns
  • py.typed marker for PEP 561 editor support
  • Full programmatic API: read, create, update, archive, hand, comments, raw queries

MCP Server (28 tools)

  • Wraps CodecksClient for AI agents via stdio transport
