What changed since v0.15.0

Shopify install-url retired. The MCP tool shopify_install_url and the CLI
command shopify-install-url are removed, with their API route. Shopify stores
connect by pasting store credentials in the dashboard.

Daily write limit, stated. generate_article and rankcontrol generate
describe the server rule: at most 5 article writes in any 24 hours. The dry run
reports withinDailyLimit and nextWriteAt.

Plugin icon. The Claude Code plugin now ships a 512x512 icon.

The API, CLI and MCP never offer a feature or bypass a rule the dashboard does
not; refusals live server-side so every surface matches.
