Do we know what the problem is? Downgrading Edge TTS to version 7.0.0 helped in my case, but it broke a lot of rules I was using to override Polish speech with SSML.

at first i thought Microsoft has now blocked out use of this library.
Downgrading to 7.2.1 worked. so it doesn't seem like blocked out.
however many voices are not available in the older version compared to new version.
