BD Match Pro v1.0.0 — first public release

The first open-source release of an AI-powered cross-border licensing engine for pharmaceutical assets — built to answer the painful first-mile question of biotech BD: who would buy this asset, at what price, and via which deal structure?

What's inside

  • Buyer matching across 380+ global strategic acquirers — scored on portfolio fit, therapeutic-area focus, geography, and recent deal activity
  • Risk-adjusted NPV with full parameter exposure: PoS / WACC / peak sales / net margin / ramp curve / patent runway — all user-editable in real time
  • Comparable-deal regression based on 1,196 disclosed transactions — sizing upfront / milestones / royalty bands
  • Separate biosimilar model with biosim-specific PoS, WACC, gross margin, and share-of-originator dynamics
  • Bilingual UI (中文 / English) and stage-conditional parameter display
  • Single-file architecture — no build step, no backend, no dependencies. Just open index.html
