When busting the Akamai CDN, we need to bust the URL path, not the S3 path.
We'll generate the URL path to bust by joining the initial S3 key (e.g.
cudf) to any S3 suffix (e.g.26.10), omitting the S3 prefix (e.g.developer/docs).Let's also tidy up some of the naming.
