Refactor: Remove BuildFromCosmos function and related test

- Deleted the BuildFromCosmos function from main.go, which was responsible for building a dynamic Merkle tree from Cosmos data.
- Removed the corresponding TestFromCosmos test case from main_test.go, as it relied on the now-removed functionality.
- Eliminated the utils/query.go file, which contained the GRPC client and related functions for fetching data from Cosmos.
