First tagged release of Cascade, an OpenAI Realtime GA-compatible voice gateway built on a cascaded ASR → LLM → TTS pipeline.

• Realtime WebSocket endpoint /v1/realtime speaking the GA compatibility profile documented in docs/protocol-profile.md
• Single-goroutine session actor: conversation state, input audio buffer, turn detection (server_vad / semantic_vad / null), interruption and truncate handling
• Fully streaming response pipeline: LLM → sentencer → TTS, cancellable mid-generation
• Client-executed function calling (tools / tool_choice on session.update)
• Providers: Deepgram and Qwen ASR, OpenAI-compatible LLM, OpenAI and Qwen TTS
