FR: UEFI Support for Pi5

I'm asking on the foundation to take on the maintenance of the UEFI support for Pi5 effort. It does work but not on the D0 stepping of the chip.

Closing as not planned because that would require a sizeable support commitment.
A better option for supporting WOR would be adding the minimal UEFI support to the exsting bootloader.

That could work too, but as the bootloader code is not open, I have no clues as to how that would work out as minimal UEFI support does need support for NVMe, and SD card aswell as PXE preferably?
