Added script to remove contigs generated by SAUTE from assemblies downloaded directly from NCBI, as these can contain duplicate copies of carbapenemases. These contigs were not included in the assemblies used to generate the data to train the models used by PLASMAR and should be removed unless the carbapenemase genes are not otherwise found on the assembly.
