First release.

  • Redirect: web links are rebuilt as a bare ACTION_VIEW intent, dropping the
    in-app browser extras, and handed to a real browser
  • Settings screen: pick the target browser from those installed, and claim the
    default-browser role
  • Android 6.0+ (API 23)
