Python 2.x sunset

Python 2 sunset version. This release is not supported nor further maintained and provided solely to cap off the PyPI 2.x stream.

Bugfixes:

• install last python 2.x compatible version of tigger-lsm

Users are recommended to switch to Tigger 1.6 and Python 3.6+
