Privacy Policy

Application: Intelligence Command Center ("Intelligence")
Effective Date: [July 1, 2026]

This Privacy Policy describes how \Raúl Nadal] ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you use the Intelligence Command Center mobile application.

Our Privacy Philosophy: We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. Your server configurations, credentials, and dashboard layouts belong entirely to you.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Intelligence Command Center does not collect any personal information or usage data.

The application is designed strictly as a native mobile frontend for your self-hosted instances of HomePage. It acts solely as a client-side bridge between your mobile device and your personal server architecture.

  • We do not use analytics or telemetry software.
  • We do not use crash reporting or tracking software.
  • We do not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or hardware specs.
  • We do not serve advertisements.

2. Data Flow and Self-Hosted Architecture

Because Intelligence is a client for self-hosted environments, all data transmission occurs strictly and directly between your mobile device and the backend servers you configure.

  • HomePage JSON Files: The app reads local or remote configuration files directly from your configured endpoints.
  • Network Traffic: All network requests made by the app are sent directly to your self-hosted infrastructure. No data is ever routed through, intercepted by, or mirrored to servers owned by the application developer.

3. Authentication and Security

Intelligence offers localized security and federated authentication options, neither of which exposes your data to us:

  • Local App Security: If you enable local security options (such as a PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition), this verification is processed exclusively by your device's native secure enclave or keychain. The app only receives a success/fail validation token from your mobile operating system.
  • OIDC Identity Provider (IdP): If you configure OpenID Connect, the authentication flow occurs directly within a secure session between the app on your device and your chosen Identity Provider. We never have access to your passwords, access tokens, or user profile information.

4. Application Permissions

To function as intended, Intelligence requires the following device permissions:

  • Network/Internet Access: Required exclusively to communicate with your self-hosted backend and your configured OIDC Identity Provider.
  • Biometric/Lock Screen Access (Optional): Required only if you actively choose to enable local device security to lock the application container.

5. Third-Party Services

Intelligence Command Center does not integrate with any third-party data collection SDKs, advertising networks, or external analytics systems. Your app experience remains completely isolated from third-party monitoring.

6. Children's Privacy

Because our application does not collect, harvest, or transmit any data whatsoever, we do not knowingly interact with or collect personal information from individuals of any age group, including children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect potential framework or structural updates. Any changes will be made transparently by updating this document and revising the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
