Auto-resume is now off by default in a fresh install. Sorry, auto-resumers, but it can be very annoying. We want to avoid annoying things. It can be changed in kewrc to
autoResume=1.

Fixes several issues with chroma and enables it on windows. However due to changes to chroma, it doesn't have audio reactivity unless you install the develop branch of chroma:
