DS Town Map Editor v2.4

Fixes:

• Fixed Fly map palette when importing a new map (HG/SS)
• Fixed Overlay offsets & patch offsets for French & Italian ROMs (HG/SS)
• Fixed Auto-updating matched grids (HG/SS)

QoL improvements:

• Matrix header ComboBox auto-updates the matched grids with selected header
• "\n" in description text displays as an actual line break for readability
• Backups are automatically restored in case of failure
• Clarification on Right Click/Left Click behavior (HG/SS)
• Improved NitroDSgfx for even faster processing times
