What's New

Features

• Report Generator Menu Bar. To simplify the layout of the Report Generator window, we have added a menu bar to tuck away the controls that are rarely used.
• Persistent Report Generator settings. We have added several user default settings for Report Generator to help users persist settings that they often use. This includes: Always create PDF toggle and save signature path setting so that users don't have to repeatedly set these things.
• Threaded Report Generator window engine. To prevent the Report Generator window from freezing when processing is running, the process is not delegated to a separate thread.
• Report Generator window resizing. You can now resize the Report Generator window!
• Gemini AI token usage information. This metric is now added to the manifest file to allow for tracking and accounting of total tokens used.
• Shift to Gemini 1.5 Flash. The comment generator now uses Gemini 1.5 Flash instead of Gemini 1.0 Pro
• Auto retry comment generation when quota is exceeded. When your per minute quota has been exhausted, the program will simply retry to generate the comment again instead of dumping an error message into the generated report.
• Skills and Assignments compliance checking mechanism. To enforce the skills and assessment scoring guidelines, we have added this checking mechanism which will disallow any report from being generated when the grader report does not meet any criteria.
• Grader report versions. To allow for compatibility in future revisions, grader reports now have versions to keep track of features compatible with a certain version of the grader report.
