What's New in v1.0.3

This release embeds the complete collection of official KaTeX TeX vector fonts directly into the renderer binary.

✨ What's Fixed

  • Pixel-Perfect Math Accents: Fixed overlapping and misaligned accents (\hat y, \hat r, \vec v, \tilde x, \bar x, etc.) by bundling the authentic TeX font metrics directly into the offline renderer stylesheet.
  • Embedded WOFF2 Font Suite: Embedded all 20 official KaTeX WOFF2 font files (KaTeX_Main, KaTeX_Math, KaTeX_AMS, KaTeX_Caligraphic, KaTeX_Size1-4, etc.) as self-contained base64 data URIs.
  • 100% Offline Quick Look Typography: Guarantees authentic, publication-quality LaTeX typography across both Quick Look previews and the standalone Markdown reader without network calls.

📦 Installation

  1. Download PeekMD-v1.0.3.dmg below.
  2. Open the DMG and drag PeekMD into your Applications folder.
  3. Launch PeekMD once from Applications.
