Features

  • ravion environment execution update --sandboxes <json> takes hostStorage and capacityTypes. hostStorage is PERSISTENT, the default, which stops an idle on-demand host and keeps its disk, or EPHEMERAL, which terminates it so the next host restores from the pool's chunk store in S3. capacityTypes is ["ON_DEMAND"], the default, or ["ON_DEMAND","SPOT"]: a pipeline step marked idempotent that finds no on-demand room already running then runs on a spot host, and runs again on another host if AWS reclaims it.
  • ravion environment execution sandbox-hosts <id> reports each host's market, ON_DEMAND or SPOT.
  • ravion values aws/ec2/instances reports instance_storage_gb, the type's instance store (NVMe) in GB.
