Features

  • An execution environment's sandboxes.instanceTypes is optional. A pool that lists none launches the cheapest hosts that hold its waiting sandboxes, from Ravion's catalog of instance types with nested virtualization and NVMe instance store in the environment's region.
  • The first type: sandbox step that names an AWS execution environment without a sandboxes block gives it the default pool: ephemeral hosts terminated after 20 idle seconds, on-demand and spot capacity, no reserve, and instance types Ravion chooses.
  • A reservePolicy on an EPHEMERAL pool keeps that many idle hosts running.
