Features

  • report the WAITING_FOR_STACK_APPLY deploy phase, emitted while a deployment is queued behind
    its module's stack pipeline apply. The phase names the apply step execution in
    blockingStepExecutionId; deploy continue starts the deployment right away instead of
    waiting for the apply to finish.
