Lambda Function 2.0.0

Route function URLs and event sources through the live alias so deployments and rollbacks control traffic. Terraform preserves the live version after creation; other aliases remain Terraform-managed.

Breaking change: applying 2.0.0 replaces existing unqualified function URLs with a new hostname. Apply the stack, copy the new function_url output, and update callers, DNS targets, and IAM policies referencing the old endpoint. AWS_IAM callers need lambda:InvokeFunctionUrl and lambda:InvokeFunction on the live alias ARN.

Existing live aliases migrate without recreation; other aliases keep their resource addresses. Until this upgrade is applied, older stacks' unqualified URLs and event sources continue invoking $LATEST and do not follow rollback.
