chore(release): bump versionCode + versionName to 0.9.40

v0.9.40 bundles:

• Stash Mixes: customizable Mix Builder (pick genres/moods/era + a
  discovery slider; tag-seeded engine) and offline surfacing — a Mix
  now shows its full track list in Offline mode instead of collapsing
  to "0 tracks". Playback respects the Online/Offline toggle; tapping a
  stream-only track offline prompts "Switch to Online mode to play".
• Download/sync reliability for non-Latin libraries: rescue CJK/J-pop/
  K-pop YouTube-fallback matches (title containment + artist-in-title +
  Topic-channel trust) and multi-artist credits (primary-artist proxy
  retry). On a 3-playlist K/J-pop test this took failures from 39 to 1.
• Kennyy → Squid lossless streaming failover: skip a known-dead Kennyy
  instantly (health-gated + 3s timeout), an unbrickable background probe
  that recovers automatically and converges on cold start, and a Squid
  cookie pre-warmer that backs off instead of permanently halting.
