chore: v0.9.59 — faster YouTube streaming/downloads + higher download quality + tip-jar polish

Bundles three device-verified branches:

• perf/ytdlp-cache-dir: android_vr yt-dlp pin (streaming 12.8s→2.9s,
  downloads 30s→8s), skip-storm debounce, download quality 140→251 (Opus 160).
• feat/tipjar-2line-clamp: clamp Home tip-jar comment to 2 lines.
• fix/innertube-musicvideotype-tests: fix 3 pre-existing test failures.
