release: v0.9.71 — Direct Qobuz multi-account reliability + search actions
Stash v0.9.71 makes lossless playback sturdier and the search tab handier.
🎯 What's new
- Direct Qobuz now draws from a pool of accounts, not just one. Lossless streaming and downloads use several Qobuz accounts across regions with automatic failover — if one account is throttled or unavailable, Stash silently switches to a working one, so lossless keeps flowing instead of dropping to a preview or falling back to YouTube.
- Choose your account. Settings → Audio & Quality has a new Account picker: leave it on Auto (recommended — it fails over for you) or pin a specific account.
- Search — per-track actions. Every search result now has a ⋮ menu to queue the track or add it straight to a playlist, without opening it first.
- Search remembers recent queries. The empty search screen lists your recent searches for quick re-runs.
✨ Polish
- The lossless source is now called Direct Qobuz, and the Audio & Quality routing list drops the retired kennyy / squid entries. It now shows the live chain: Direct Qobuz (primary), with amz.squid.wtf (Amazon Music) as the fallback for tracks Qobuz doesn't carry.
📝 Notes
- Direct Qobuz downloads are deliberately paced (about one every few seconds) to protect the shared accounts, so a large offline sync fills in gradually rather than all at once.
Install
Download the .apk below and open it on your Android device. If you've got a previous Stash release installed, this upgrades in place — your library, sync history, and settings are preserved.
