This project focuses on building an ML-powered yield optimization engine for stablecoin lending protocols across various blockchain networks. The goal is to maximize returns for users by dynamically allocating stablecoin liquidity to the most profitable and secure lending platforms. This involves analyzing real-time yield rates, gas fees, smart contract risks, and other relevant on-chain metrics.
- Real-time Yield Aggregation: Collect and process real-time yield data from multiple stablecoin lending protocols (e.g., Aave, Compound, Curve, MakerDAO) across different blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain).
- Risk-Adjusted Optimization: Develop machine learning models to assess and quantify risks associated with each protocol (e.g., smart contract risk, liquidity risk, impermanent loss) and optimize allocations based on user-defined risk tolerance.
- Dynamic Rebalancing: Implement strategies for automatically rebalancing stablecoin positions to capture the highest risk-adjusted yields, considering transaction costs and slippage.
- Predictive Analytics: Forecast future yield rates and market conditions to proactively adjust allocation strategies.
- User Interface: Provide a dashboard for users to monitor their positions, view historical performance, and customize their risk preferences.
- Programming Language: Python
- Machine Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn (for predictive models and risk assessment)
- Data Analysis: Pandas, NumPy
- Web3 Interaction: Web3.py, Ethers.js (for interacting with smart contracts and fetching on-chain data)
- Data Storage: Time-series databases (e.g., InfluxDB) for historical yield data, PostgreSQL for configuration and user data.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure (for scalable infrastructure and data processing).
- Frontend: React, Next.js (for the user interface).
Detailed instructions on setting up the environment, data collection, model training, and deployment will be provided here.
