Extension
Raycast Version
11.103.3
OS Version
26.2
Description
For the last ~3 months Raycast's clipboard history has been unreliable and only saves a very small fraction of copied items.
I copy roughly 50–60 items per day, but only about 2–10 of them ever appear in the clipboard history. Most copied items are never recorded at all. This affects normal plain-text copying (usually between 10–200 characters), not large files or images.
This happens across multiple apps including VS Code, Blender (e.g. copying coordinates), browsers, and other apps. Because of this, I cannot rely on Raycast's clipboard history anymore, which breaks workflows where I need to retrieve recently copied text.
I have already checked the excluded apps list and clipboard settings, and nothing there explains the behavior.
At the beginning, the clipboard history worked perfectly. This problem started roughly 3 months ago and has been persistent since then.
Steps To Reproduce
Enable Raycast Clipboard History.
2. Use the system normally and copy many small text snippets across different apps (e.g. VS Code, Blender, browser).
3. Copy ~20–60 text items over time.
4. Open Raycast → Clipboard History.
5. Observe that only a small number of recent items (often 2-10) appear, while most copied items are missing.
Current Behaviour
Only a small fraction of copied items are saved in Raycast's clipboard history. Most copied text is silently dropped and never appears in history, even though copying works normally in the system pasteboard.
Expected Behaviour
Every copied text item should be reliably stored in the clipboard history, so that all recent copies are available when opening Raycast Clipboard History.
