Update list-by-fullforms extension

Description

This is an update to the already-published List by FullForms extension (extensions/list-by-fullforms, initial release in #28267).

What changed in this release:

• Windows support. Added "platforms": ["macOS", "Windows"] to the manifest. The extension's core (Search Entries, Quick Add Entry, Suggest Entry, starring, clipboard actions, open-in-browser) runs on both platforms via the Raycast and Node APIs. The only macOS-specific feature is the text-to-speech actions in Search Entries, which shell out to the built-in say binary; those three actions are gated behind a process.platform check and simply do not render on Windows, so there is no runtime failure there.
• Listing copy refresh. Reworked the store tagline and the README "About This Extension" body for clarity and discoverability (added a value intro and a scannable Features list), and added the Documentation category alongside Productivity.
• CHANGELOG. Added a "Windows Support and Listing Refresh" entry.

This PR also incorporates the upstream contributions that had accumulated on the published copy (toolchain version bumps, react-hooks/exhaustive-deps fixes, and recompressed icon and metadata assets) via pull-contributions, so the diff stays clean against main.

No new API surface is consumed. The extension authenticates with a user-generated bearer token against the documented /api/v1/* endpoints of list.fullforms.com, exactly as in the initial release.
