This release includes the features merged into main after v1.2.1, so the downloadable build finally carries them:

Privacy mode: blur over WhatsApp Web and Telegram Web content, with three reveal modes (hard, hover, click) and a toggle in the Settings panel.
Per-account volume: a Volume row in each account panel (0–100, − + buttons, mute icon), persisted in accounts.json.
Settings submenu: panel options grouped into a Settings submenu.

Note: build.sh now builds the Inno Setup installer; if ISCC.exe is missing, the installer step is skipped and only the exe is produced.
