Voice messages become text: local whisper.cpp (free, private, large-v3-turbo by default) or an OpenAI-compatible API with the key kept in .env only. Auto-transcription of incoming voice notes, transcribe_audio tool, wazap config transcribe, wazap transcribe download|test, and a question in setup. See CHANGELOG.md.
