v2.0.0-rc.2 (prerelease)

New in rc.2: an upgrade interlock. v2 refuses to migrate a database holding v1 data (which drops the retired Projects/Notes/Entity tables) until you back up and set ASSISTANT_ACCEPT_V2_MIGRATION=yes in .env. Nothing is changed otherwise.

Staying on v1? It remains on the v1 branch and the v1.0.0 release.
