Bug Priority Tags

Let's keep this simple:

For the next release, e.g. alpha, what do we need to fix?

Issues have tags, and each issue should have one of the following to help us sort through them (note the lack of numbers, e.g. priority 1, so that we can maybe make new categories if necessary):

• Priority Critical - cannot release until this is fixed.

• Priority Medium - this is a serious problem, but will not stop a release.

• Priority Low - this is annoying or imperfect, but does not bother users (much).
