Fix a bug in Compare Number command.

Format Data command is now converted to Extract File Path, Format DateTime, and Format Number commands depending on the Type of Data.

Add and Fix samples.

Support Delete To Recycle Bin in Create Folder, Create Folder By Path commands.

Update NuGet Packages.

Files saved with version 3.5.2.23 or later may not run correctly with older versions.
If you want to update from version 3.5.2.14 or older to this version, please delete the Samples folder before overwrite files.
Those using versions v3.5.2.6 and v3.5.2.7 will not be able to successfully update to version v3.5.2.8 or later, and should update manually.
If new variable parser works wrong, please uncheck "Use New Parser".
