Fixed a bug that an error occurs when the value of Wait Time is set to 0 in Check File Exists, Check Folder Exists, Check UIElement Exists, Chec UIElement Exists By XPath, Check WebElement Exists, Check Window Name Exists, Get Window Names commands.

Update NuGet packages.

Files saved with version 3.5.2.25 or later may not run correctly with older versions.
If you want to update from version 3.5.2.24 or older to this version, please delete the Samples folder before overwrite files.
Those using versions v3.5.2.6 and v3.5.2.7 will not be able to successfully update to version v3.5.2.8 or later, and should update manually.
If new variable parser works wrong, please uncheck "Use New Parser".
