Fixed a bug where variables created in the CommandEditor form were not existing.

Add new window commands.
Fix inner process in Enter Keys, Send Advances Keystrokes, some UIElement commands.

Update Edge/Chrome driver (v140).
Update NuGet package.

Files saved with version 3.5.2.39 or later may not run correctly with older versions.
If you want to update from version 3.5.2.20 or older to this version, please delete the Samples folder before overwrite files.
Those using versions v3.5.2.6, v3.5.2.7, and v3.5.2.36 will not be able to successfully update to version v3.5.2.37 or later, and should update manually.
If new variable parser works wrong, please uncheck "Use New Parser".
