Choose FPKG or ShadowMountPlus before choosing storage. This fixes the download-flow dead end when FPKG is selected by default but the destination only supports ShadowMount. Compatibility profiles and disk-space checks still apply.
Discover, Downloads and Profile screenshots captured from the actual PS5 are now in the README. Downloads shows real completed jobs and a failed preparation.
Validation: 14 host checks, controller regressions, PS5 cross-build and ELF dependency checks passed. GitHub main/tag workflows passed. The candidate rendered the captured screens on the development PS5; its installed update confirmed startup and ran at a measured frame interval of about 16.7 ms. The GitHub installer matches the signed server update.
Install/update with ps5library-install.elf. ps5library.elf is the application binary. A compatible private PS5Library server is required.
Remaining limitations: Home/background and audible HDMI output are unresolved. Native PS5 base-FPKG installation uses internal storage; physical native queue acceptance/game installation, update/DLC installation and external FPKG destinations remain unverified or unsupported. ShadowMount has its own image/overlay path. Matching backport profiles remain required for releases newer than the console firmware.
