This PR aims to disable AAMP “pre-tune” (fake tune / preinit decoding) behavior by removing the CMake-time propagation of -DUSE_PREINIT_DECODING from the top-level build configuration.
Changes:
- Removed the top-level
CMAKE_PREINIT_DECODERblock that previously appended-DUSE_PREINIT_DECODING=1to AAMP and JS bindings compile flags.
