Updates the L2 test coverage report’s Executive Summary to reflect new coverage metrics for the remotedebugger functional test suite documentation.
Changes:
- Replaced the prior Executive Summary markdown table with a new set of coverage/test metrics (functions, scenarios, priorities, and coverage targets).
