Shared build and validation tooling for the iOS 26, iOS 27, and MD3 themes.

  • Add rdlabo-build-theme, which uses the consuming package's tsdown installation to generate ESM JavaScript and declarations from extensionless TypeScript imports.
  • Add rdlabo-check-esm to validate relative JavaScript and declaration references in npm tarballs and import public entry points under Node.
  • Preserve source files, external dependencies, and existing CSS output.

The CLIs use the consuming package's development dependencies; no runtime dependencies were added to the utilities package.

Validated with all three theme builds, packed ESM checks, NodeNext consumers, demo production builds, and 135 demo unit tests. The utilities package also passes 7 CLI regression tests and 16 unit tests.
