[Bug]: "too few quotes"

Summary

Hi.

I run:
rdhte dar wm, covs_hte(i.tot)
where dar is a dummy variable, wm is running variable with cut at zero, and tot is a dummy. Every time I try to run that command (also excluding "i."), there is an error message that says "too few quotes r(132)". I have checked with AI, and this problem seems to be a bug in the ado file and not a problem in my syntax.

Fixed by merged PR #6. The Stata rdhte startup check now parses the current rdrobust version stamp without scanning into later quoted comments, and the Stata rdhte stamp was bumped to 0.2.1. Verified locally in Stata 16 with rdhte dar wm, covs_hte(i.tot), covs_hte(tot), and no covs_hte; all returned rc = 0.
