Release 1.2.0.

- Adds Fixed Event handling (so known / deterministic events can be manually included in the analysis.
- Adds HSA-Eligible plan handling to reduce costs by the tax benefits for HSA contributions.
- Minor fixes (bugs, typos, superfluous format strings...)
