⚡ Smoother & lighter

• Settings now fades open/closed instead of scaling — no more lag opening that big panel.
• Imported photos are automatically downscaled to 512px, so a full-resolution phone photo can't bog down your board (they were being resampled to tiny cards on every repaint).
