Bug: Create-react-app fail of compile.

If windows username have a quote - app will give out a Fail of compile. Code wasnt changed, its like npx created it.

Well..haha, i'm very appreciated to you :)
Clearly about this bug..or something..? When i tried to search about this problem, i have found only one information that its somthing what was happend with some other guys like me. Only one solution was - do npm i again after the first npm start and after that - change "react-scripts": "4.0.3" to "react-scripts": "3.1.2", and only after all of these - it works.
By the way, i already reinstalled my windows and will try it again.

p.s Sorry, if its not a usefull information in issue forum, its my first report.
