I can't create a new react app.

It shows me this error.

Follow These Steps:-
npm cache clean --force
npm uninstall -g create-react-app
npm uninstall create-react-app
npx create-react-app app_name

if this doesn't works then swith to, yarn create react-app app_name
also check your connectivity.
