I added "@babel/compat-data": "^7.9.0", to dependencies (yep i know that another version is in devDependencies) and remove node_modules, then yarn && yarn dev and its working

Generating SSR bundle failed

Did you tried updating your core-js-compat , it may resolve this issue. Once you update your corejs, delete node_modules, and try to install again.
