Updates the use-spark base skill to Spark CLI 1.3.0.

New commands

  • event - create, update, delete, or RSVP to a calendar event, and invite or remove attendees (requires send access).

Access levels

  • Adds the send access level, alongside read-only and triage. Send access enables sending and scheduling drafts and managing calendar events, and is configured per account and shared inbox in Spark Desktop.
