This is very old. There also seems to be a misunderstanding that the SDKLauncher-iOS is not itself part of the SDK, but is intended as sample code only. |

In order to make the integration of the reader in an another app easier, the reader should be a component embeddable in another controller.
This pull request separates the design, controls and persistence from the rendering of the epub.
The EpubViewController is now added as a child view controller.
