Cold-pip AGENTS.md emit now matches the honesty pip-first path on main.

readyagents agents-md (and other AGENTS.md emit paths) from a fresh
pip install readyagentsdev==2.0.5 now lead with pip install readyagentsdev
and readyagents new f --from-example calc_pipeline, not a clone-only HEADER.
