ReadyAgents Core 2.0.8

Phase 3 decide governance: taint, --sovereign preflight, and policy deciders.

  • State taint into decide; --sovereign preflight refuses hosted jev (names the node;
    shim + local model allowed) (#10).
  • Policy deciders.<name> allow/deny with optional allow_models / on_tainted.
  • type: decide stays experimental — not a general LLM node. shim ≠ jev.
    Cassette digests use pre-redact state so sealed replay stays honest.
