Paper Replication Release

This release corresponds to the results of the paper--i.e., the code might be a bit messy, but when run it will reproduce the paper exactly. (This is only true if you use the same software package versions as indicated, in particular the correct version of rcttext.)

Later releases, where we clean up the code, have some small changes to how text data was cleaned, which will cause minor differences in downstream results.
