- Add option to play throttle-up sound (when pushing throttle up after being in neutral) at any speed, or just 0 (as before).
- Fix playing throttle-up at the beginning of a TCD-triggered P0.
- Bugfix: Fix SD initialization in ESP32-Arduino to conform to specs. Sandisk Ultra 32GB cards (and possibly others that previously were not usable) are now recognized
If updating from below 1.20, please install 1.20 first to have your settings converted. If 1.20 is skipped, some of your settings (static IP, volume, brightness, calibration data, movie mode, coasting, auto-throttle, display TCD speed while off) will be restored to default values. It suffices to install 1.20 and boot once; you can then immediately update to a later version.
